From June 22 to 26, SmartFactoryKL will attend the conference „Industrial Technologies“ 2016 in Amsterdam. With his speech „Industry 4.0 – from vision to reality“, our employee Mr. Dr. Jumyung Um will explain the core concept of Industrie 4.0.
Experiences, we made during our numberous EU or implementation projects together with partners from the industry and research sector, will enrich his talk.  During the accompanying exhibition, we´ll show the demonstrator SkalA, that was realized by SmartFactoryKL and sponsored by the Land of Rhineland-Palatinate. This compact and mobile demonstrator shows a scalable automatisation, that can be adapted needs-oriented by the use of mobile devices and innovative information and communication technologies. Increasing product and process variants require the support of the worker within the „Industrie 4.0 environment“. Single production steps can be produced manually or fully automated. Just-in-time projections of action recommendations lead the worker gradually through the individual manufacturing steps.
