During the next week, the SmartFactoryKL will exhibit at the booth of MiniTec at the trade show Automatica in Munich. In hall A5, booth 324, we show the manual work station, which was built within the Industrie 4.0 partner project.

The ergonomical, perfectly adjustable work station by MiniTec has many entry possibilities for technology carriers and offers the possibility to support employees. Especially assembly tasks with many variants up to batch size 1 need to be supported by means of Internet and communication technologies.

Augmented Reality Technologies, developed by SmartFactoryKL, accompany individual assembly steps or the complete production process. Augmented Reality, the connection of real-time pictures with recommendations for actions, offers many advantages, especially for training processes and assembly with many variants.
